Run, Harper, Run!

Today we went and had lunch with Grammie. Quampa is gone on a fishing trip, so Grammie was in need of some Vitamin H. It was a beautiful day, so Harper had a blast running around the LBCC campus. He continues to be such a happy boy, and LOVES to run!

Harper's First Haircut

Harper got his first haircut today from my friend, Don, at a real barbershop! I've given him a few trims here and there, but this was his first "real" one. Don even gave him a "First Haircut" certificate. Totally adorable. We had to be creative in ways to keep him distracted, but Don was great with him, and got it done in probably 8 minutes total.

(He also got a lollipop, so that was obviously the best part of it for him.)

...as you can see, he was just about "DONE" with this whole haircut thing at this point! He was ready for the darn lollipop he was promised!!!!!

Harper "John Deere" Doodle

Harper wasn't too sure about the whole tractor ride, but he loved getting to hang out with Quampa =) And it provided for lots of cute photos, and a great video!

Bouncy Bouncy

This is one of Harper's favorite games...and it's one heck of a workout for my arms. My only regret is introducing him to this game...once I start, he doesn't want to stop, even when my arms get so tired they feel like they are going to fall off!!!

3 Generations

This picture was taken during a hike at Mt. Pisgah. I can't get enough of this picture. I love all of these guys so much =)

...and here is a very happy Harper getting a shoulder ride from Grandpa Dave. We've loved having him here to visit!

Easter 2010

It's hard to believe that a year ago, Harper wasn't even crawling, and he was just starting to smile regularly. This Easter, we dressed him in a handsome suit, and took him to church with Grammie and Quampa. After church, his great grandparents
came down to Albany to visit as well.

Harper was OBSESSED with his Great Grandpa Ken. He was totally enamored with him, and loved touching him, "patting" him and staring at him. Great Grandpa Ken loved it too I'm sure! It was totally adorable and priceless =)
